We understand that unexpected things come up. As a courtesy to your trainer and other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full session price. This policy is in place to respect the trainer’s time and to ensure fairness to all clients.
